This role is entirely centred around developing a team who will specialise in business and management intelligence. Essentially developing data intelligence tools which will be used across their global business utilising the full Microsoft technology stack. You will inherit a team of excellent C#.NET developers who currently maintain and develop essential parts of the companies BI/MI software portfolio and look to grow their capability and underpin this with more talented developers and solutions.

What do I need for this job?
- You will be an experienced software development manager, previously trained as C#.NET developer and worked extensively within financial services
- Strong experience with data analysis tools such as PowerBI, Crystal Reporting or similar
- Good working knowledge of ETL processes
- Ideally some experience of software project management
- Knowledge of auto reconciliation systems such as Blackline or Autorek
