As a Support Worker, you would be required to
-Deliver a high level of personal care with dignity
-Promote independence for the service user in their homes
-Assist at mealtimes
-Communicate with the service user and their families effectively
To be considered for this role you will need to have
-A minimum of 6 months experience in a care support related environment
-Driving Licence essential
-Willingness to work nights shifts and sleepovers if required
-Be able to adapt well in a fast-paced environment and use you own initiative
-The ability to build rapport with the service user and the families
