Position: Team Administrator (Financial Services)

What does the role look like?
As Team Administrator you will be working as part of a small Support Team of 4, supporting a team of industry experts, you will be providing administrative support.
What does an average day look like?
- Overseeing the team inbox and responding to queries
- Working through a backlog of payments
- Invoicing and billing clients
- Entering bank details
- Diary and email management
- Scanning and filing
- Opening and closing of cases
What experience will you bring?
- The successful candidate must have a proven track record in data entry or admin from a professional environment.
- You will be well presented, confident and have first class communication skills.
