Position: Temporary Administrator
Start Date: Immediately
Salary: £8.75 per hour
Contract Length: week to week
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Location: East End Glasgow
Are you who we are looking for?
- You have previous Administrative experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office (SharePoint Essential)
- You are organised and pro-active
- Solid communication skills
- You enjoy working in a busy environment
- You are outgoing and friendly
What does the day look like?
- Answering calls that come in to the office
- Using SharePoint
- Dealing with internal and external queries
- Supporting colleagues with any ad hoc administrative tasks
