I am working with a busy manufacturing environment who is looking for a candidate to assist with providing administrative support to a fast paced procurement & customer service team.
Hourly rate - £8.70 - £10 / dependent on experience
Location - Airdrie
Hours – 8.30 – 5pm
Park onsite (essential driver for this position as it is not public transport accessible)
Are you who we’re looking for?
- Experience working in an administration role
- You have full time access to car & can drive
- Solid administration skills
- Desired SAP or Sage experience (not essential)
- You are experience with MS Office & Outlook
- IT literate
What does the day look like?
- Assisting with a shared email inbox
- Supporting a busy team with administrative support
- Scanning, filing & binding
- Any ad hoc admin duties
