Temporary Receptionist – Edinburgh 

Are you an experienced receptionist looking for your next opportunity? Have you worked in a professional services environment? Are you friendly and enjoy providing an exceptional first impression? If so, we would like to hear from you.

Are you who we’re looking for?

  • Experience working as a Receptionist is essential
  • Friendly & professional
  • Comfortable with IT systems (MS Office, Outlook)
  • Very good with communication across all levels in a company
  • Happy to make clients feel welcomed

What does the day look like?

  • Managing a busy phone line
  • Welcoming clients to the office & assisting with teas/coffees
  • Managing various diaries
  • Ordering office supplies & dealing with different supplies
  • Assisting Directors with administrative support
  • Any ad hoc admin duties
