Are you who we’re looking for?
- Experience working as a Receptionist is essential
- Friendly & professional
- Comfortable with IT systems (MS Office, Outlook)
- Very good with communication across all levels in a company
- Happy to make clients feel welcomed
What does the day look like?
- Managing a busy phone line
- Welcoming clients to the office & assisting with teas/coffees
- Managing various diaries
- Ordering office supplies & dealing with different supplies
- Assisting Directors with administrative support
- Any ad hoc admin duties
