Temporary Sales Administrator – Renfrewshire – Salary £20,000

Position: Temporary Sales Administrator
Start Date: Immediately (ongoing up to 3 months)
Hours: Monday to Friday (shifts between 7am – 5.30pm / 40-hour week)
Are you who we’re looking for?
- Experience working in a Sales Administration role
- You have full time access to car & can drive (location can be tricky without one)
- Solid administration skills
- You are experienced with MS Office & Outlook
- You are organised and comfortable troubleshooting
- IT literate
What does the day look like?
- Assisting with a shared email inbox
- Supporting a Sales team with Administration support
- Providing first class customer service over email & over the phone
- Customer reporting & invoicing
- Scanning, filing & binding
- Any ad hoc admin duties
