A high profile manufacturing employer based in Edinburgh approach Monica Lochrie to help find the right person for a challenging role within a unionised environment. 


As a growing business who traded worldwide, people pains were to be expected. The business had recognised this and planned accordingly, engaging with a number of recruitment agencies who tried - and failed - to get the right kind of person.
